This weekend my gal pal and blogger friend, Jess, explored Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood for a chilly afternoon of shopping local. I love living in a city that has so many incredible little boutiques, thrift and consignment shops; so to say I was excited to finally be visiting No. 14 Boutique was a major understatement.
Michelle and Brianne, a passionate mother-daughter team, opened the doors of No. 14 Boutique in October 2014. They renovated the corner building at 4601 Butler Street, replacing the nuisance bar; Partners, turning it into the most chic boutique in the Burgh (talk about an upgrade, amiright?) If you’re curious how the name No. 14 Boutique came to be, check out the FAQ on their website!
The boutique is a real stunner. Exposed brick, mixed crisp white walls, playful displays, and the most adorable dressing room floors I’ve ever seen (I’d totally live in there in a heartbeat). Even more impressive than the beauty of the boutique was the product selection. They had a lot to offer at a variety of price points. From statement pieces to everyday staples, every single thing in there was so on trend and incredibly unique.
I’m in love. I can’t wait to go back…and maybe set up a tent in the dressing room…or just buy everything I see. Kudos to you, Michelle and Brianne, for following your dreams, I can see the passion in every single detail of No. 14 Boutique. Do yourself a favor and follow them on Instagram @no.14_boutique.
